About us
An IT workshop, not an anonymous website
Before Licenciel, there was MAO Informatique: a repair workshop in Guichen, near Rennes, where we have been repairing, setting up and activating computers every day since 2025. Licenciel is that know-how, brought online.
Why we launched Licenciel
Every week, customers come to the workshop with a licence bought online that will not activate, with no invoice and no one to contact. We wanted to offer the opposite: fairly priced licences, explained, invoiced and followed up until activation.
Our commitments
- Clearly show the end-of-support date of each version.
- Recommend the right version, even if it costs less.
- Reply with a real person who knows computers.
- Publish only genuine reviews, good or bad.
