Activation guarantee and refunds
This is a translation of our French text. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

What the activation guarantee covers
If a key bought from Licenciel does not activate the corresponding software, on a device that meets the system requirements, we will send you a new key or refund you, as you prefer. Microsoft licences are perpetual: once activated, they remain valid with no time limit on the device (ESET antivirus: one-year subscription).
What it does not cover
- A key entered in a different edition from the one purchased (for example a Home key on Windows Pro): we help you fix it, with no replacement needed.
- A device that does not meet the system requirements.
- A change of mind after delivery (see the exception to the right of withdrawal in the Terms of sale).
Procedure
- Report the problem
Reply to the delivery email or open a request from My account, with a screenshot of the error message.
- Check
A technician checks the key.
- Solution
New key sent by email, or a refund to the payment method used within 14 days at most.
