Activate the key in four steps
Install Windows 11 if needed
On a blank PC, use the official link in the email and an 8 GB USB stick.
Open Settings
Press Windows + I, then System › Activation.
Change the product key
Enter the 25 characters you received by email.
It’s activated
Windows checks the key online in a few seconds. From Home, a restart completes the upgrade.
Can I upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro with this key?
Yes. Enter the key in Settings › System › Activation › Change product key: Windows switches to the Pro edition after a restart, with no reinstall and no loss of files.
Do I need to reinstall Windows?
Not if Windows 11 is already installed: just enter the key. On a blank PC, download Windows 11 from Microsoft’s official website using the link provided in the email, then enter the key during or after installation.
How many PCs can I activate with one key?
One key activates a single PC. For several computers, increase the quantity: each key is different and volume discounts apply from 5 licences.
What if activation fails?
Reply to the delivery email with a screenshot of the error message. A technician checks the key and sends you a replacement key or refunds you.
