Recipients
Your data is shared only with the service providers we need: Stripe and PayPal (payment), Licence Cloud (key delivery), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending emails). It is never sold.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to support@licenciel.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
Encrypted connection, access limited to authorised staff, no card data stored by Licenciel.
