Activate the key in four steps
Install Windows if needed
On a blank PC, use the official link in the email and an 8 GB USB stick.
Open Settings
Press Windows + I, then System › Activation.
Change the product key
Enter the 25 characters you received by email.
It’s activated
Windows checks the key online in a few seconds.
How many PCs can I activate with one key?
One key activates a single PC. For several computers, increase the quantity: each key is different.
Do I need to reinstall Windows?
Not if Windows 10 is already installed: just enter the key. On a blank PC, use the official link provided in the email.
What if activation fails?
Reply to the delivery email with a screenshot of the error message. A technician checks the key and sends you a replacement key or refunds you.
