Licenciel is the online shop of MAO Informatique, an IT repair workshop. Here is exactly what we guarantee, where our keys come from and what happens if something does not work.
If your key does not activate during installation, we replace it or refund you, your choice. Microsoft licences are perpetual: once activated, they remain valid with no time limit on the device (ESET antivirus: one-year subscription).
The key is sent automatically by email after payment, 7 days a week. Usually within minutes.
Attached to the delivery email, in your company’s name if you provide it, and available in your account.
By email, in English and French, within 24 working hours. The same technicians who repair computers for the workshop’s customers.
Our keys are bought from an identified European supplier, with an invoice for each batch. They are genuine second-hand (used) licences.
Part of the licence market relies on the resale of perpetual licences. In the European Union, the Court of Justice ruled in 2012 that the publisher cannot oppose the resale of a perpetual licence as long as the first buyer makes their own copy unusable (UsedSoft v Oracle, case C-128/11, 3 July 2012).
A boxed licence pays for manufacturing, shipping, storage and the shop’s margin. We deliver a key by email: the software installs from the official Microsoft or ESET servers.

They check the key and the error code. Often the problem comes from the installed edition (Home or Pro) and is fixed in two minutes.
If the key is at fault, you receive a new key or a refund, your choice.
