What Microsoft provides for businesses
Microsoft separates Office 2024, aimed at consumers, from Office LTSC 2024, which it describes as the latest on-premises version of Office for commercial and government customers. Here is what Microsoft states for Office LTSC 2024:

How many licences do you need?
