Don’t take our word for it: check

Licenciel is the online shop of MAO Informatique, a registered company based in Guichen, near Rennes, France. Here is how to check who sells you your licences before you pay.

Four things to check for yourself

A registered company

MAO Informatique, SARL (private limited company), SIREN 993 605 765, registered at the Rennes trade register. See the official record

A real workshop

28 rue Théodore Botrel, 35580 Guichen, France. The same computer repair workshop that serves customers in the region.

What you receive with every order

  • An invoice with VAT, in your company’s name if you provide it.
  • An email with the key, the official download link (Microsoft or ESET servers) and an activation guide.
  • A customer account to find your keys and invoices.
  • An activation guarantee: a key that does not activate is replaced or refunded.

Payment and personal data

Card payments are handled by certified providers, with 3-D Secure authentication. Licenciel never has access to your card number. Your data is used only to process your order, as the Privacy page explains.

If something goes wrong

Write to support@licenciel.fr: a technician replies within 24 working hours. The exact terms are in the terms of sale, the guarantee and refund page and the legal notice.

What we do not do

  • We are not Microsoft or ESET: Licenciel is an independent reseller.
  • We show no fake reviews, no countdown timers and no fictitious crossed-out prices.
  • We do not sell Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
