What your audience gets
A key and an invoice
The key arrives by email, usually within an hour, with a French invoice including VAT and a page that guides activation.
A real workshop behind it
Licenciel is the online shop of MAO Informatique, a computer repair workshop. The same technicians answer if activation gets stuck.
How it works
- You write to us
At support@licenciel.fr, subject “Partnership”, with the link to your channel or website.
- We create your code and your link
For example YOURNAME, and the link licenciel.com/?partner=YOURNAME, which applies the code automatically.
- Your sales are counted
Any order placed with your code, or within 30 days of a click on your link, is credited to you.
- You are paid every month
Monthly statement, bank transfer once you reach €20, on invoice.
The rules
- Disclose the partnership with the words “Advertising” or “Commercial collaboration”, as French law of 9 June 2023 on influencer marketing requires.
- Present Licenciel as it is: an independent reseller, not affiliated with Microsoft, selling pre-owned licences for Windows and Office.
- No Google Ads on the Licenciel name, no fake reviews, no spam, no coupon sites without our agreement.
- We do not sell Microsoft 365 subscriptions: do not promise them to your audience.
- A refunded order earns no commission.

Who can become a partner?
Tech YouTubers and creators, IT help sites and blogs, independent repair technicians and IT professionals, associations. You do not need a large audience: just an audience that needs licences.
When am I paid?
The month after the sale, by bank transfer, once you reach €20, on invoice (sole trader or company). Not a business? Write to us and we will find the right arrangement.
Does my audience pay more?
No: with your code, they pay 5% less than the displayed price, on top of volume discounts. Your commission comes out of our margin.
How do I follow my sales?
Every month, we send you the number of orders, their amount and your commission. Refunded orders are removed from the statement.
